My Avatars name is Hali Goldschmeid. When I logged back into secondlife for the second time, my person had a different hairstyle on her own, rather than the one she had when I picked her out. Challenges: after getting it all set up, which was pretty easy it was extremely overwheling. There are a lot of buttons, areas, information to pick up on, on orientation island. I was definitely confused for the most part. I am not quite sure I was catching onto some of the things they were trying to teach me. Another challenge for me is trying to grasp a lot of the concepts, such as buying land and clothes. It boggles my mind. Also, other avatars have come up and tried to engage in conversations...not too sure how I feel about that. I amnot used to programs like this or talking to people who i dont know. I did like that you have the ability to go to the apple store and check things out, I also enjoyed seeing all the different avatars in different areas. Learning how to get to these areas though has been challenging. I think with a lot more time spent figuring the program out, it might be a lot of fun and possibly addicting to some people. I for one, am still trying to figure it out. My first impression was..."whoa.." I arrived to orientation island to a group of naked men and women...I was a little caught off gaurd to say the least.
